Bring your kitchen to Uyirtham
Uyirtham is a marketplace, not a cloud kitchen. You keep your kitchen, your recipes and your riders. We bring you customers who have already told us what they need to eat.
Tell us about your kitchen
This is an enquiry, not an application — nothing is committed and no documents are needed yet. If you would rather write to us, email support@soruban.in.
TODO(content) — The response time we commit to on a partner enquiry, and who owns the queue. Do not publish an SLA until Ops has agreed to staff it. Owner: Ops.
What you get
Demand you can plan for
Most orders are subscriptions and next-day pre-orders, so tomorrow’s load is visible today. You buy raw material against a real number instead of a guess.
Your kitchen, your riders
You cook on your own premises and deliver with your own delivery staff. We do not run logistics and we do not put a rider between you and your customer.
Prep, pack and dispatch in one app
The vendor app turns the day’s orders into a procurement list, a kitchen board and a dispatch board, and tracks each order through to delivery.
You set availability
Set your own next-day cut-off time, mark holidays in advance, and close at short notice when you have to — affected customers are notified automatically.
Settlement statements
Weekly statements show every order, what was deducted and what is due to you, so a payout can be checked line by line.
Commercials
TODO(content) — Commission rate (or rate band), payout cycle and payout timeline, plus any onboarding or subscription fee. Nothing about vendor commercials may be published until Finance confirms the live numbers — a vendor who signs up against a wrong rate is a dispute, not a lead. Owner: Founders / Finance.
What you need to get started
TODO(content) — The confirmed eligibility and document checklist (FSSAI licence, GST where applicable, PAN, bank proof, address proof, kitchen photos), plus any minimum-capacity requirement. The KYC document set is implemented in the vendor app (V-03), but which of them are mandatory to be accepted — and what happens when one is missing — is a policy decision. Owner: Ops / Compliance.
What happens after you submit
1. We read your enquiry
Our team reviews what you have sent and checks whether we are live in your area yet.
2. We call you
A short conversation about your kitchen, what you cook and how much you can prepare in a day.
3. Onboarding and documents
If it is a fit, we send you the vendor app to complete your profile and upload your licences for verification.
4. Menu and go-live
You build your catalogue and packs, we approve them, and your kitchen goes live to customers in your service area.
